Lemon Herb Shrimp Pasta

Ingredients
- 12 oz linguine or spaghetti
- 1 lb large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1½ tbsp JonesMade Keeping Up With The Joneses Blend
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon (juice and zest)
- ¼ cup chicken broth
- 2 tbsp butter
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese
- Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
1. Cook the Pasta
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil.
Cook pasta until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water before draining.
2. Season the Shrimp
Pat shrimp dry.
Toss with:
- 1 tbsp JonesMade Keeping Up With The Joneses Blend
- 1 tbsp olive oil
3. Cook the Shrimp
Heat remaining olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Cook shrimp for 1–2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
Remove and set aside.
4. Build the Sauce
In the same skillet add:
- garlic
- butter
Cook for 30 seconds.
Add:
- lemon juice
- lemon zest
- chicken broth
- remaining ½ tbsp JonesMade Keeping Up With The Joneses Blend
Simmer for 2–3 minutes.
5. Combine
Add cooked pasta and toss to coat.
If needed, add reserved pasta water to loosen the sauce.
Return shrimp to the skillet.
Add parmesan cheese and toss again.
6. Serve
Top with:
- fresh parsley
- extra parmesan
- a light sprinkle of Keeping Up With The Joneses' Blend
Serve immediately.
