Garlic Herb Roasted Potatoes
Golden, crispy roasted potatoes tossed with olive oil and JonesMade “Keeping Up With The Joneses” seasoning blend. Perfect for weeknight dinners, breakfast skillets, or cookouts.

Ingredients
- 2 lbs baby potatoes, halved
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 ½ tbsp JonesMade Keeping Up With The Joneses Blend
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- Optional: chopped parsley for garnish
- Optional: grated parmesan
Instructions
1. Preheat Oven
Preheat oven to 425°F.
2. Prep Potatoes
Wash and halve the potatoes. Pat dry with a towel for extra crispiness.
3. Season
In a large bowl, toss potatoes with:
- olive oil
- JonesMade Keeping Up With The Joneses Blend
- garlic powder
Mix until evenly coated.
4. Roast
Spread potatoes evenly on a baking sheet in a single layer.
Roast for 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
5. Finish & Serve
Top with parsley or parmesan if desired and serve immediately.
